The CSA Philhosopy – Community Supported Agriculture is a relationship between us as the farmer and you as the Member. With the CSA model members pay in advance for the food they will receive, understanding the risk of growing food. There will be good years and bad years and by registering as a member you understand that you are not guaranteed a dollar value of produce but instead a share in the vegetables produced.
Refunds – We do not guarantee refunds of your CSA deposit if you choose to discontinue your share if you move or for other reasons are unable to continue with the CSA. However; we understand individual circumstances change from month to month we will work with you to find someone who may want to take over your share. Calculations on any refund value will be based on the amount of work invested into the crop, not necessarily the amount of produce delivered.
By registering as a CSA member you also agree to joining our E-mail newsletter program which will keep you up-to-date with changes to deliveries, cancelled deliveries due to weather & other information that may affect the delivery of your veggies.
Email & Member Account Info
We do not store credit card information on our servers, however we do have the ability to refund directly on your credit card through out credit card merchant. We will not sell or distribute your personal information. Your personal information is only used by us to keep you informed about deliveries, new products, farm updates ect.
Registration Policy
There is no cost to registration. Registration information is only used allow ECF information required to deliver any purchased products. Registered users may receive e-mailed newsletters of updates relating to the Eagle Creek Seed Potatoes division only. There is no obligation to purchase once becoming a registering.

Payment for online purchases can be made with a major credit card only. We accept Visa® and MasterCard® in Canada. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales. All funds are in Canadian dollars.
